Sylvania Portable DVD Multiregion Hack (SDVD7027)

• Switch on the DVD player with no disc inside
• From the on-screen media menu select the first option “DVD” (press ENTER on the remote)
• Press SETUP on the remote
• Press the right forward arrow key until the “Preference Page” shows up
• Enter 9-6-5-3 on the remote
• A window with the device firmware  version information comes up
• Use the up/down arrow keys to select the region:
  • 0 – ALL REGIONS
  • 1 – US & Canada
  • 2 – UK, Europe, Japan, Middle East, Egypt, South Africa, Greenland
  • 3 – Taiwan, Korea, Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong
• Press ENTER on the remote
• Leave the setup menu by pressing SETUP
